The Sands is a 4* all-inclusive resort located on the south coast of Barbados and is located within walking distance of the famous St Lawrence Gap.
The accommodation includes studios, as well as one, two- and three-bedroom condo-style suites. Modern amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, flat-screen TV and tea or coffee making facilities. . Studios provide a separate living area and private balcony, whilst Two Bedroom Duplex Suites are ideal for families, offering an additional bedroom and views of the pool, garden or oceanfront.
Hotel amenities include an on-site Spa, non-motorised water-sports, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the resort, and a lounge area, which features a small library and computer.
There are 2 onsite restaurants; Restaurant Noir offers a la carte dining for dinner only. Some menu items will have a supplemental charge. Children under 12 years old are not allowed to dine in Noir. The main restaurant, On The Water, offers both buffet style and table d’hôte (a set menu) options and features a unique blend of Caribbean and international cuisine.

number of guests are 4 persons. This room category is not suitable for families with small children.
Two-Bedroom Family Suites:

Two-Bedroom Oceanfront Penthouse Suites:
Air-conditioned in bedrooms only, consist of queen beds (twin beds on request),
separate living area, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, telephone (international direct dial), free WI-FI, in-room safe, iron and
ironing board, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, pool/beach towels, bathrobes, patio, or balcony. Penthouse suites feature a separate
living area with a sofa and flat screen television with cable channels. The Oceanfront Penthouse Suites are on the highest floor and are
well appointed with magnificent oceanfront views. Maximum number of guests is 4
persons. No children under 13 years are allowed in the Penthouse Suites.

General Information
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT:
7 nights for all arrivals or stayovers within 23 December – 5 January inclusive.
Minimum of 5 consecutive nights stay during the months January – March.
Minimum of 3 consecutive nights stay during the months April – 22 December
DRESS CODE
Beachside Restaurant
(Year- Round): The evening dress code is smart casual
which means that gentlemen may wear smart dress
shorts and short sleeved shirts (polo shirts are allowed) please note that no sports replica shirts or club branded merchandise are
allowed at dinner.
Smart jeans are allowed. No flip flops or trainers are allowed in the evening in the restaurant.
EXCEPTIONS: Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve when full length trousers and shirts with sleeves (either Long or short) are required for
gentleman for dinner. No Jeans (this applies to both ladies and gents and includes all denim wear), no three- quarter pants or cargos will
be allowed.
Cover -ups are required in the restaurant for breakfast and lunch and footwear is required in the restaurant at all times.
Noir Restaurant
(A La Carte)
Full length trousers and shirts with sleeves (either short or long sleeves) are required for gentlemen for dinner. No jeans (this applies to
both ladies and gents and includes all denim wear), no three-quarter pants, no shorts or cargos, no
t-shirts, no trainers (sneakers), no
flip-flops or caps
are allowed in the restaurant.
Children under 12 years are not allowed in the A La Carte Restaurant.
