Customer Care Alert – Travel to or via the Middle East
We are closely monitoring the developing situation in Iran and the impact it is having on airspace throughout the Middle East. Airspace throughout the UAE and Middle Eastern region has been closed until 11pm GMT today, with further disruption likely to continue until 3 March.
Airlines are still updating their guidance, and information remains limited. Our priority right now is to support customers who are due to travel within the next 72 hours, as they are most immediately impacted.
To help us assist those travellers as quickly as possible, we kindly ask customers travelling on or after 4 March not to call at this time. This allows our teams to focus on those whose travel plans are most urgent.
We understand this is a worrying situation, and our thoughts are with everyone affected by the events in the Middle East. We will continue to share updates as soon as they become available.
