Velassaru Maldives is situated in South Malé Atoll, a 25-minute speedboat ride from Malé International Airport. Guests have the option to book Bed & Breakfast, Half Board, Full Board or Velassaru Indulgence (all-inclusive) options. Velassaru Indulgence is a carefully crafted package that offers the finest culinary experiences and a range of extras. Lunch at Turquoise Restaurant, Fen Bar or Chill Bar, dinner at any  restaurant; complimentary soft drinks, juices and water, house beer or a selection of wines and spirits. The Velassaru Indulgence package also includes complimentary snorkelling equipment and the two-hour use of an ocean kayak.

There are 129 rooms which are either in the grounds or over the water with direct access to the lagoon. The rooms have a minimalist, contemporary design with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, minibar, satellite TV and tea and coffee making facilities.
