The MGM Grand is one of the most popular hotels in Las Vegas and is centrally located along The Strip. Vegas. MGM Grand Hotel and Casino is made up of two towers, the West Wing and the Grand Towers. The towers are linked to both each other and the casino and due to the size of the hotel, this is quite a walk! Amenities include a 6.5-acre Grand Pool Complex containing four swimming pools, three whirlpools, Vegas’ longest lazy river, and waterfalls, 22 restaurants, fitness centre, shops and a huge casino.

There are over 5,000 rooms on 29 floors in 2 buildings with 18 lifts. All with air-conditioning, TV with pay-per-view films, WiFi*, alarm/clock radio, safe, iron and board, hairdryer and mini-bar*It features a 6.5-acre Grand Pool Complex containing four swimming pools, three whirlpools and Vegas’ longest lazy river. The Grand Garden Arena hosts the most prestigious concerts and sporting events.

Customer Care Alert – Travel to or via the Middle East

We are closely monitoring the developing situation in Iran and the impact it is having on airspace throughout the Middle East. Airspace throughout the UAE and Middle Eastern region has been closed until 11pm GMT today, with further disruption likely to continue until 3 March.

Airlines are still updating their guidance, and information remains limited. Our priority right now is to support customers who are due to travel within the next 72 hours, as they are most immediately impacted.

To help us assist those travellers as quickly as possible, we kindly ask customers travelling on or after 4 March not to call at this time. This allows our teams to focus on those whose travel plans are most urgent.
