The accommodation is on one level and has an open plan lounge with a door to the pool and dining table and chairs. Opposite is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The garage has been converted into a games room and features a pool table and a dartboard. A washer and dryer are also located here.

The pool has a large deck and lake view, with a shaded lanai and has a spa. This can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added.
