The villa was built in 2016 and renovated in 2021. The entrance leads to an open plan area with a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining area and a lounge with a L-shaped sofa, door to the pool deck and a huge 70” flat screen 4K Roku TV. Guests have the ability to easily stream from favourite subscription apps like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, and Disney+. The Roku TV even allows you to stream from your phone via AirPlay or Chromecast.

The garage has been converted into a Mickey Mouse themed games room, which is air-conditioned and features a pool table, air-hockey, Foosball table and a 55 inch ROKU TV.

There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The pool has a large deck and lake view, with a shaded lanai, faces south and has a spa. This is not a hot tub and can only be heated, when pool heating is added.
