On the ground floor there is a double bedroom; the entrance leads to a stylish kitchen with granite worktops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Adjacent is the main lounge with a leather suite and a wall mounted TV; opposite the lounge is a dining area and a door to the pool.

Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms and the landing has been converted into a mini cinema style room complete with comfy leather seats – perfect for movie night!

The garage has been converted into a games room and features a TV, pool table, Foosball and Air-Hockey; there is also a washer and dryer.

The pool has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. there is a shaded lanai and a child safety fence.
