This luxury 9 bedroom villa will sleep up to 21 guests and is located in the gated resort of Championsgate

ChampionsGate guests enjoy state-of-the-art amenities at the luxurious Oasis Club, including a resort style swimming pavilion, complete with a two-storey waterslide, meandering lazy river, children’s water playground and splash pad.

The villa is on two levels and has two master bedrooms downstairs. There are 2 living areas, the main lounge downstairs has a leather corner couch and a 60 inch TV. Adjacent to the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops and stainless steel appliances and a dining area with a door to the pool.

The pool has a spa; this will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on. Pool heat is recommended from November – April and is an extra charge. There is a shaded lanai with pool furniture and a child safety fence.

Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms and a second lounge area on the landing with an additional sofa, chairs and  TV. The villa is also equipped with a washer and dryer.

The garage has been converted into a games room with a pool table, air hockey, dart board and Foosball table.
