This stunning villa is on two levels and will sleep 12 guests. There are 2 living areas, one on each floor both of which have large TV’s, a stylish kitchen with granite worktops and a breakfast bar plus a dining area and a door to the pool.   A master bedroom is on the ground floor and there is a downstairs shower room with a door to the pool and a utility room with a washer and dryer.

The garage has been converted into a games room including Foosball, Basketball, Arcade Games and Gaming Systems.

The pool deck has no rear neighbours and the pool has a spa, has a Spa backs on to the golf course therefore there are no rear neighbours. There is a shaded lanai and a pool safety fence
