It features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining area  and a comfortable living area with a flat screen TV and door to the pool. There is a utility room with a washer and dryer. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs; a double bedroom with an en-suite shower & pool access and a bunk bedroom with a hallway bathroom. The remaining 3 bedrooms are upstairs.

The upstairs landing is an entertainment area with an air-hockey table and console games.

The pool deck has a shaded lanai, outdoor furniture and a child safety fence. The pool features a Spa – this can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool if pool heat is added. Pool heat is recommended Apr- Nov and is an additional charge.
