This immaculate home is located at The Retreat at ChampionsGate. This upscale gated resort is just 12 miles from Walt Disney World and offers an array of amenities at its Clubhouse which include:

The villa is on two levels and will sleep 12 guests. There are 2 living areas both of which have 70-inch TV’s, a stylish kitchen with granite worktops and a breakfast bar plus a dining area and a door to the pool. Off the kitchen is an open area with a pool table.  A master bedroom is on the ground floor and there is a downstairs shower room and a utility room with a washer and dryer.

The remaining bedrooms are upstairs where there is also a cinema room which is equipped with leather seats, a massive 120-inch screen and a Pac-Man arcade machine.

The pool has a Spa backs on to the golf course therefore there are no rear neighbours. There is a shaded lanai and a pool safety fence.
