The accommodation is on two levels, will sleep up to 16 guests and has two bedrooms downstairs. The hallway leads to an open plan lounge, a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar with granite worktops and stainless-steel appliances; opposite the lounge is a dining area with a door to the pool. Upstairs is a second lounge area upstairs with a sofa, pool table and a TV, the remaining bedrooms and a movie theatre room with leather cinema style seats.

The garage has been converted into a well equipped games room featuring a Foosball table,  air hockey, sofa and arcade games.

The pool faces south and has a shaded lanai, comfortable pool furniture, pool deck TV and a safety fence.
