The accommodation is on 2 levels and has 2 master bedrooms downstairs. The entrance leads to an spacious airy open plan kitchen/dining area and a lounge. The kitchen has granite worktops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with 4 swivel chairs. The dining area will seat 10 people and has a door to the pool.
A games room can be found in the garage and has a pool table, air hockey and foosball.

The remaining 7 bedroom are upstairs off of a second living area which also has a TV. A utility cupboard with a washer and dryer is also on this floor

The pool faces south and has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is also a shaded lanai with a table and chairs plus a child safety fence.
