This single storey home is located at The Retreat at Championsgate and will sleep up to 9 people.

ChampionsGate guests enjoy state-of-the-art amenities at the luxurious Oasis Club, including a resort style swimming pavilion, complete with a two-storey waterslide, meandering lazy river, children’s water playground and splash pad.

The entrance leads to an open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, lounge with

TV and a door to the pool deck. There is a dining area opposite the kitchen.

A games room can be found in the garage and features a pool table and air hockey; this is accessed from the utility room with a washer and dryer.

The pool is south facing and there are no rear neighbours. The deck has a shaded lanai and a child safety fence.

The pool has a spa; this will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on. Pool heat is recommended from November – April and is an extra charge.
