Highlands Reserve is a prestigious golfing community and also has communal facilities including a swimming pool, tennis courts, and children’s playground. In addition to the golf course there is a putting green, Driving Range and Putting Green and a golf club with a bar which also serve snacks).. There is a Publix supermarket a few minutes’ drive and a number of bars and restaurants nearby. A vast selection of shops, restaurants and bars can be found along Highway 192 in Kissimmee, less than 10 minutes away. Disney is approximately 20- 25 minutes’ drive, subject to traffic.

As you enter this single storey home there is a sitting room to the left and the main lounge ahead which features leather couches, a door to the pool and a flat screen TV. To the left of the lounge is a fitted kitchen with granite worktops and an American style fridge/freezer. Off the kitchen is a dining nook and a utility room with a washer and dryer.

At the rear of the villa is a private screened pool with a child safety fence and a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool when pool heating is added. The deck backs onto conservation and has shrubbery either side giving a degree of privacy and has a shaded lanai.
