This villa will sleep 10 people and offers complimentary Wi-Fi. Emerald Island is a gated resort just 4 miles to Disney and guests staying here also have use of the communal facilities which include a clubhouse, Tiki bar, heated swimming pool, hot tub, gym, sports courts, walking trails, BBQ area, steam room and 24 hour manned security at the entrance.
The accommodation is on 2 levels and has 2 bedrooms downstairs. There is a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a breakfast nook with doors to the pool deck. The living room has comfortable furnishings and a flat screen TV.
The garage has been converted into a games room and features a pool table, air hockey and a Foosball table.
The pool deck has a shaded lanai and plenty of outdoor furniture. has a Spa; Please note that pool heating is not available at this home.

There is an additional optional charge to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Resort parking rules:
The resort only allows 3 cars do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or you will be fined.
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway as to not block the sidewalk
