Tuscan Hills is a gated community off Highway 27, Davenport and guests have use of a clubhouse, gym, tennis court and volleyball court, plus a play area to amuse the children.

This villa will sleep up to 12 as there is a sofa bed in one of the three lounges. Two lounges have access to the pool.

Set out on two floors, downstairs is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. There is a utility room with a washer & dryer which leads to the garage where there is a pool table.  The remaining bedrooms are upstairs and the upper landing also acts as a living area with a sofa and TV

The pool has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is a shrubbery either side and at the rear to give an element of privacy.
