This well-maintained villa will sleep 10 people and is located in Laurel Estates, approximately 20-25 minutes drive to Disney. Guests staying here have access to the community swimming pool, picnic & BBQ area and a childrens play area. 

This home is tastefully furnished and is on 2 levels. Downstairs a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom Upon entering the villa, you will find an open-plan tiled space that includes a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area opposite. Adjacent to the kitchen is the main lounge with a wall mounted TV and a door to the pool.

The garage has been converted into a games room and offers a pool table, air hockey and a Foosball table. There is a utility room with a washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.

Upstairs is a second lounge area that also has a TV and the additional bedrooms.

The pool deck faces south-west with a shaded lanai and a child safety fence. The pool has a Spa – this can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool if pool heat is added for an additional cost and is recommended Apr – November.
