The accommodation is on two levels, will sleep up to 18 guests and has two bedrooms downstairs. The hallway leads to an open plan lounge, a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar with granite worktops and stainless-steel appliances; opposite the lounge is a dining area with a door to the pool. There is a second lounge area upstairs with a sofa and TV, the remaining bedrooms and a movie theatre room with leather cinema style seats.

The garage has been converted into a well equipped games room featuring a pool tbale, Foosball, air hockey, darts, TV and sofa.

The pool has a Spa which can only be heated to the same temperarture as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is a shaded lanai, comfortable pool furniture and a safety fence.
