This villa is located in the gated community of Highgrove, which sits at the intersection of Highway 192 and Highway 27 , which is just 6 miles from Disney’s Magic Kingdom. There are restaurants and shops, including a Walmart nearby. Community facilities include a heated swimming pool, separate spa, well-equipped gym, games room, crazy golf and children’s play area.

The accommodation is on 2 levels and all bedrooms are upstairs. The entrance opens to the living area which has a 71 inch wall mounted TV. and a door to the pool. Opposite is a modern kitchen with granite worktops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar; a dining area is adjacent. There is a utility room with a washer and dryer and a downstairs cloakroom with access to the pool.

The pool has a Spa; this can only be heated when pool heating is added for an extra charge. There are no rear neighbours, giving a degree of privacy.
