Highlands Reserve is a prestigious golfing community and also has communal facilities including a swimming pool, tennis courts, and children’s playground. In addition to the golf course there is a putting green, Driving Range and Putting Green and a golf club with a bar which also serve snacks.

Disney is approximately 20- 25 minutes’ drive, subject to traffic. There is a Publix supermarket a few minutes’ drive and a number of bars and restaurants nearby. A vast selection of shops, restaurants and bars can be found along Highway 192 in Kissimmee, less than 10 minutes away.

The accommodation is on one level; at the back of the villa on the right-hand side is the spacious family lounge with a comfy sofa and armchairs, a flat screen TV and patio doors to the pool deck. To the left of the family lounge is the open-plan, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar seating 3 people. Next to the kitchen is the family dining table with 6 chairs and doors leading outside to the pool deck; adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining area with nearby patio doors to the pool deck. 

The pool faces west has a view of open fields. There is a shaded lanai with a ceiling fan, 4 sun loungers and a table and chairs.

Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. 

The garage has been converted into a games room and features a pool table and Foosball. The home is also equipped with a washer and dryer.
