This villa is located in the gated community of Reserve at Town Centre, Davenport and will sleep 8 people. Disney is approximately 9 miles.

The accommodation is one one level and offers a cozy living room with a door to the pool, a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and a dining table and chairs. There is a washer & dryer in the garage, where there is alos a pool table for some family fun time. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.

The private pool is exactly that. There are no rear neighbours with a water view and is also private either side. It faces south, getting plenty of sunshine and there is a shaded lanai with a table and chairs and sun loungers.
