Villa Lisa is located at Calabay Parc, Davenport, and will sleep 8 people.

Calabay Parc is a popular development located on Highway 27, approximately 9 miles from Disney. The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute drive.

The accommodation is on two levels with just one bedroom upstairs; each bedroom has its own bathroom.

The open-plan lounge is at the rear of the villa and has comfortable seating around a large flatscreen TV and a door to the pool. Opposite the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar and there are 2 dining table & chairs.

The garage has been converted into a games room and has a pool table and air hockey.

The pool faces south west and has a Spa; this can only be heated when pool heating is added for an extra charge. Pool heating is recommended Nov- Apr. There is a shaded lanai and a pool safety fence.
