Aviana is 20 minutes from Disney with amenities including a clubhouse, communal pool, fitness centre, games room and tennis court.
The entrance opens to an open plan living room with sofas, armchaor and a dining area. This leads to the main hub of the villa where there is a second living area with a door to the pool and a TV, kitchen with a breakfast table
The garage has been converted into a games room and features a pool table, Foosball table, dart board and air-hockey. The washer & dryer is also located here.Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.

There is an additional optional charge to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Resort parking rules:
The resort only allows 3 cars do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or you will be fined.
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway as to not block the sidewalk
