Aviana is 20 minutes from Disney with amenities including a clubhouse, communal pool, fitness centre, games room and tennis court.
The entrance opens to an open plan area featuring a lounge with a corner sofa, TV and a door to the pool. Opposite is a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. A washer & dryer is located in the garage where there is also a pool table and dartboard.
The pool deck has a shaded lanai with a ceiling fan and outside furniture.

Resort parking rules:
The resort only allows 3 cars do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or you will be fined.
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway as to not block the sidewalk
All offers based on low season with maximum occupancy of the property.
