This lovely home is located in the gated resort of Paradise Palms in Kissimmee, a beautiful resort-style community, just 7 miles to Disney.  Guests staying here have use of the communal amenities which include:

The villa is on two levels: downstairs is a full equipped kitchen with granite worktops,stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Adjacent is the living room with a door the pool and a dining area opposite. There are two bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and a family bathroom.

Complimentary Wi-F is provided and the home also has a washer & dryer.

Upstairs is a second living room with a sofa and TV plus the remaining bedrooms, two of which have a Disney theme.

The garage has been converted into a games room and features air hockey and a Foosball table.

The pool has a Spa  (this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added). Pool heating is recommended Nov- Apr and is an additional charge. There is a shaded lanai with a table and chairs.
