This luxury home is located at Solterra which is approximately 20 -25 minutes to Disney. The amenities at Solterra include 6700 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, business centre with Internet, volleyball, tennis, children’s playground and picnic area.
The accommodation is on 2 levels:downstairs are 2 bedrooms, family lounge, dining area with a door to the pool. a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The upstairs landing is designed as a cinema room with a 100 inch projector screen and corner sofa.
A games room with Foosball, a pool table and TV is located in the garage.
The pool faces south and has stunning views over the lake. There is a shaded lanai with a table and chairs and 6 sun loungers.

The resort only allows 3 cars do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or you will be fined.
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway as to not block the sidewalk
