This luxury home is located at Solterra which is approximately 20 -25 minutes to Disney. The amenities at Solterra include 6700 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, business centre with Internet, volleyball, tennis, children’s playground and picnic area. Guests wishing to use these amenities must now pay a fee locally with cash only.

$45.00, plus tax Per Stay for 13+ Guests.
The villa is on two levels; the ground floor has a master bedroom, an open plan lounge with a door to the pool, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen & breakfast bar. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.
The remaining bedrooms are upstairs where there is a second living area on the landing with another TV.
The garage has been converted into a games room and has a pool table and air-hockey.
The pool has a Spa -this can only be heated when pool heating is added. Pool heating is recommended Nov-Apr. The pool deck has a shaded lania with a table and chairs for outside dining and pool furniture.

The resort only allows 3 cars do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or you will be fined.
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway as to not block the sidewalk
