This luxury home is located at Solterra which is approximately 20 -25 minutes to Disney. The amenities at Solterra include 6700 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, business centre with Internet, volleyball, tennis, children’s playground and picnic area. Guests wishing to use these amenities must now pay a fee locally with cash only.

FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
$35.00, plus tax Per Stay for up to 12 guests
$45.00, plus tax Per Stay for 13+ Guests.

The villa is on two levels; the ground floor has a master bedroom, an open plan lounge with a door to the pool, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen & breakfast bar.

The remaining bedrooms are upstairs where there is a second living area on the landing with another TV.

The garage has been converted into a games room and has a pool table and air-hockey.

The pool has a Spa -this can only be hated when pool heating is added and there are no rear neighbours. Pool heating is recommended Nov-Apr

Customer Care Alert – Travel to or via the Middle East

We are closely monitoring the developing situation in Iran and the impact it is having on airspace throughout the Middle East. Airspace throughout the UAE and Middle Eastern region has been closed until 11pm GMT today, with further disruption likely to continue until 3 March.
