This luxury home is located at Solterra which is approximately 20 -25 minutes to Disney.

The amenities at Solterra include 6700 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, business centre with Internet, volleyball, tennis, children’s playground and picnic area. Guests wishing to use these amenities must now pay a fee locally with cash only.

FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
$35.00, plus tax Per Stay for up to 12 guests
$45.00, plus tax Per Stay for 13+ Guests.

The villa is on one level and features an open plan living room with a door to the pool, and a dining area. The home is also equipped with a washer & dryer.

The garage has been converted into a games room with with an air hockey table and a pool table. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.

The pool deck backs onto a conservation area and there are no rear neighbours. The pool has a Spa which can only be heated when pool heating is added for an extra charge. Pool heating is recommended Nov- Apr.
