This luxury home will sleep 10 people is located at Solterra, Davenport. The amenities at Solterra include 6700 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, business centre with Internet, volleyball, tennis, children’s playground and picnic area.

Guests wishing to use these amenities must now pay a fee locally with cash only.

FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
$35.00, plus tax Per Stay for up to 12 guests
$45.00, plus tax Per Stay for 13+ Guests.

The villa is on two levels and has a master bedroom downstairs. There is an open plan floor space featuring a living area with a corner sofa and a wall mounted TV, a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances and granite worktops. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table & chairs and a door to the pool deck and there is a utility cupboard with a washer and dryer.

The remaining bedrooms are upstairs where there is also a second living area with a TV, sofa and a Foosball table. The garage has been converted into a games room and is equipped with a pool table, air hockey and shuffleboard.

The pool deck has a cloakroom and a shaded lanai with pool furniture.
