This luxurious home is located at Solterra which is approximately 20 -25 minutes to Disney.

The amenities at Solterra include 6700 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, business centre with Internet, volleyball, tennis, children’s playground and picnic area. Guests wishing to use these amenities must now pay a fee locally with cash only.

FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
$35.00, plus tax Per Stay for up to 12 guests
$45.00, plus tax Per Stay for 13+ Guests.

The accommodation in on two levels and has 2 living areas, one on each floor. Downstairs are two bedrooms, an open plan lounge and dining area with a door to the pool and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs is the second living room with a large TV, gaming table and Xbox 1 with games package to download games.

A games room can be found in the garage, which is air-conditioned and is equipped with ping pong table, Foosball, air hockey and darts.

The pool backs onto conservation and has a Spa;.it has an extended deck with a shaded lanai and plenty of outside furniture and a TV!
