This luxury home is located at Solterra which is approximately 20 -25 minutes to Disney. The accommodation is on two levels and has one bedroom downstairs.

The amenities at Solterra include 6700 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, business centre with Internet, volleyball, tennis, children’s playground and picnic area. Guests wishing to use these amenities must now pay a fee locally with cash only.

FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
$35.00, plus tax Per Stay for up to 12 guests
$45.00, plus tax Per Stay for 13+ Guests.

The ground floor has an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite worktops and a breakfast bar. The dining area will accommodate 8 and has a door to the pool whilst the lounge has comfy sofas and a TV. There is a master bedroom downstairs and the remaining bedrooms are upstairs.

The garage has been converted into a games room with a pool table and air hockey and the home also features a washer and dryer.

The pool has a Spa; this can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. It faces south and backs onto conservation; there is a shaded lanai with a table and chairs and 6 sun loungers.
