This luxurious home is located at Solterra which is approximately 20 -25 minutes to Disney.

FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
$35.00, plus tax Per Stay for up to 12 guests

The accommodation is on 2 levels and has 2 living areas, one on each floor. Both have sofas and a TV – the main family lounge downstairs has a door to the pool.
The dining area will accommodate 18 people and is adjacent to fully fitted kitchen which has 2
dishwashers and 2 fridge freezers to accommodate large parties.
A games room can be found in the garage, which is air-conditioned and is equipped with a pool
table, air hockey and Foosball table and a gaming area with an X-Box.
The pool backs onto conservation and has a Spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. It has an extended deck with a shaded lanai and plenty of outside furniture and even an outside TV!

There is an additional optional charge of $25 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Resort parking rules:
The resort only allows 3 cars do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or you will be fined.
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway as to not block the sidewalk
All offers based on low season with maximum occupancy of the property.
