This luxury home is located at Solterra which is approximately 20 -25 minutes to Disney.

The amenities at Solterra include 6700 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, business centre with Internet, volleyball, tennis, children’s playground and picnic area. Guests wishing to use these amenities must now pay a fee locally with cash only.

FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
$35.00, plus tax Per Stay for up to 12 guests
$45.00, plus tax Per Stay for 13+ Guests.

The villa is on one level and is furnished to a high standard. There are 2 lounges with leather furniture and a 60 inch TV, a fully equipped kitchen & breakfast bar and 2 dining areas. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided and there is also a washer & dryer.

The garage has been converted into a well equipped games room and has a pool table, air-hockey, Foosball table and games arcade machines.

The pool backs onto conservation and there are no rear neighbours. Pool heating is recommended Nov-Apr and is an extra charge.
