About this Villa

5 DOUBLE & 1 TWIN BEDROOM; SOUTH EAST FACING POOL.

This luxury home is located at Solterra, a gated resort with communal facilities and is approximately 20 -25 minutes to Disney. It will sleep up to 12 guests and all bedrooms have a TV.

The amenities at Solterra include 6700 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, business centre with Internet, volleyball, tennis, children’s playground and picnic area. Guests wishing to use these amenities must now pay a fee locally with cash only.

FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
$35.00, plus tax Per Stay for up to 12 guests
$45.00, plus tax Per Stay for 13+ Guests.

The villa is on two levels; as you enter the home there is a formal dining area which will seat 8 which leads to a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and lounge with sliding doors to the pool deck. Off the lounge is a master bedroom with a King size bed and an en-suite shower room. There is also a separate shower room that has access to the pool.

The garage has been converted into a games room and features a 55” TV, ping pong table, foosball, skee-ball arcade and a PlayStation 4,

Upstairs is a second lounge area with two sofas and a 50 inch TV, the remaining bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom) and two family bathrooms.

The pool has a spa; this will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on. Pool heat is recommended from November – April and is an extra charge. The pool deck has a shaded lanai with a table and chairs plus additional chairs and 4 sun loungers., a
