This stunning 10 bedroom villa will sleep up to 24 guests and is located in the gated resort of Sonoma.
Sonoma Resort is conveniently located next to “The Loop”, a premier shopping and entertainment complex in Kissimmee. The resort’s amenities include a clubhouse, resort swimming pool, poolside cabanas, fitness centre, and walking trails. Disney is less than 20 minutes away.
There are 3 bedrooms downstairs including a master bedroom. The entrance leads to a spacious open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar, granite worktops and stainless steel appliances. Adjacent is a dining area with 2 sets of tables and chairs and the lounge is opposite. The lounge has 2 doors to the pool deck, a corner suite and a flat screen TV.
The remaining bedrooms are upstairs plus there is a second living area on the landing with a large projection screen, a pool table and sofas.
The pool has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is a shaded lanai, plenty of seating and a child safety fence. It backs on to a walled area and although there are villas each side, there are no rear neighbours. Pool heating is recommended Apr-Nov.

There is an additional optional charge to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on. Pool heating is recommended Apr-Nov.
Resort parking rules:
The resort only allows 3 cars do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or you will be fined.
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway as to not block the sidewalk
All offers based on low season with maximum occupancy of the property.
