The accommodation is on 2 levels and has 2 bedrooms downstairs including a master suite.
The entrance leads to an open plan kitchen, lounge and a dining area with a door to the pool. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is off the kitchen There is a second living area upstairs with a corner suite and another TV

The pool has a spa; this can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is also a shaded lanai and a child safety fence.
