This luxurious home is on two levels and has 2 en-suite bedrooms downstairs. To the right of the entrance is a recreational room (there is no garage) with a sofa, TV, pool table and air-hockey table. The hallway leads to an open plan kitchen and lounge with a dining area adjacent with a door to the pool. There is a second lounge area upstairs with a sofa and TV plus a media room with cinema style seats and a large wall mounted screen. A laundry cupboard with a washer and dryer is also upstairs.

The pool faces south-east and has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. It has a shaded lanai, a child safety fence and has views of a lake.
