Storey Lake was constructed in 2017 and is located off Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee with easy access to the major attractions; Disney World, Universal Studios & SeaWorld. Spectacular outlet shopping is minutes away and two of the top 10 outlet malls in the country are nearby.
Guests staying here have use of the communal facilities which include:
Huge Resort Style Pool,9-Hole Mini Golf Course, Lazy River, Kid’s Splash Park, 2 Water slides, Tiki-Bar, Fitness Centre and Volleyball Courts, Arcade Game Room, On-site Dining, Ice-Cream Shop and Kayak Rentals
This villa will sleep up to 13 guests and is on two levels. The spacious downstairs floor plan has a fully equipped kitchen & breakfast bar, a dining area and a lounge with a huge 75 inch TV. Off the lounge is a shower room which can also be accessed from the pool deck. There is a utility room with a washer and dryer.
Upstairs is a second living space upstairs which also has a 75 inch TV and the remaining 5 bedrooms and a family bathroom.
The garage has been fabulously decorated as a themed games room and features a pool table, air hockey and table tennis.This villa also has its own movie theatre room with cinema style seats and a large projector screen.
The pool has a Spa and there is a shaded lanai with a table and chairs and a pool safety fence.
There is an additional optional charge to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Resort parking rules:
The resort only allows 3 cars do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or you will be fined.
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway as to not block the sidewalk
