Guests staying here have use of the communal facilities which include:

The villa is on two levels and has a living area on each floor. Downstairs are 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities and a separate shower room which can also be accessed from the pool deck, a lounge with a door to the pool and a 70 inch wall mounted TV. Opposite the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen with granite work tops and a breakfast bar. The home is also equipped with a washer and dryer.

Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms and a second living area with a 55 inch TV.

The garage has been converted into a games room and features a pool table and air hockey.

The pool has a Spa and there is there is a shaded lanai with a table and chairs.
