This well- maintained villa in located in Lindfields, Kissimmee, directly off Highway 192 and an easy drive to Disney and other major attractions. Lindfields is a well established community offering small villas with private pools; there are no communal amenities.
The accommodation is on one level and has been refurbished and decorated. The entrance opens to the living area which has a door to the pool deck Behind the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining nook. There is a utility room with a washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.
The pool faces south and has a Spa; this can only be heated when pool heating is added – charges apply

There is an additional optional charge to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Resort parking rules:
The resort only allows 3 cars do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or you will be fined.
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway as to not block the sidewalk
All offers based on low season with maximum occupancy of the property.
