This 3 bedroom villa will sleep 6 guests and is located in the gated community of MIssion Park which has amenities including a swimming pool, play area and basketball court. Mission Park is just off Highway 27 in Cermont; Disney is approximately 12 miles and a range of shops, restaurants and golf courses are within easy driving distance.

The villa is on one level and has a living room with a flat screen TV, plenty of seating and a door to the pool. Off the lounge is a kitchen and a dining table and chairs. The garage has ben converted into a games room and has a pool table and a Foosball table. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided and the villa alos has a washer & dryer.

The pool has a Spa; this can only be heated when pool heating is added for an extra charge. Pool heating is recommended Nov- Apr. There are no rear neighbours and there is a shaded lanai with a tabvle and chairs. sun loungers and a pool safety fence.
