This 3 bedroom villa will sleep 6 guests and is located in the gated community of MIssion Park which has amenities including a swimming pool, play area and basketball court. Mission Park is just off Highway 27 in Clermont; Disney is approximately 12 miles and a range of shops, restaurants and golf courses are within easy driving distance.

The villa is on one level and has a living room with a flat screen TV, plenty of seating and a door to the pool. Off the lounge is a kitchen and a dining table and chairs. The garage has been converted into a games room and has a pool table and a Foosball table. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided and the villa also has a washer & dryer.

The pool has a Spa; this can only be heated when pool heating is added for an extra charge. Pool heating is recommended Nov- Apr. There are no rear neighbours and there is a shaded lanai with a table and chairs. sun loungers and a pool safety fence.

Customer Care Alert – Travel to or via the Middle East

We are closely monitoring the developing situation in Iran and the impact it is having on airspace throughout the Middle East. Airspace throughout the UAE and Middle Eastern region has been closed until 11pm GMT today, with further disruption likely to continue until 3 March.
