Villa Maria is a 3 bedroom home which will sleep up to 6 people, situated in Weston Hills, Clermont. Disney is approximately 12 miles and there are a range of shops, restaurants and golf courses  within easy driving distance. The complex also has a clubhouse with community pool & kiddie pool for you to use.

The villa is on one level and the the entrance opens to the living room which has a door to the pool. There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, a large American fridge/freezer and a utility area with washer and dryer. 

The pool faces west and has a Spa; this can only be heated when pool heating is added for an extra charge. There are no rear neighbours and a good-sized patio deck with patio table seating 6 and 3 sun loungers
