This 6 bedroom villa will sleep 14 people.
Watersong is a gated resort, approximately 25 minutes to Disney. Guests staying here have
complimentary use of the amenities which include a clubhouse with a resort style pool, fitness
Centre, children’s play area, games room, internet cafe and a lounge.
The villa is on 2 levels and has 2 bedrooms downstairs. The entrance opens to a formal dining area
which leads to the main lounge with sofas, TV and a door to the pool. There is another dining area
adjacent and this area is overlooked with a fully equipped kitchen and a breakfast bar.
There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer which leads to the garage which has been
converted into a games room and is equipped with a pool table, Foosball and air hockey.
The pool has a Spa; this can only be heated to the same temperature as the
pool, when pool heating is added. The deck backs onto a conservation area therefore there are no
rear neighbours and has a shaded lanai, pool furniture and a child safety fence.

The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on. Pool heating is recommended Apr- Nov.

The resort only allows 3 cars do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or you will be fined.
