Watersong is a gated resort, approximately 25 minutes to Disney. Guests staying here have complimentary use of the amenities which include a clubhouse with a resort style pool, fitness centre, children’s play area, games room, internet cafe and a lounge.

The accommodation is on two levels and has a double bedroom downstairs. There are 2 living areas, one on each floor; the main lounge has a 55 inch TV, large sofas and a door to the pool. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast nook and there is a formal dining area just inside the front door. The upper living area has a corner sofa and a 65 inch Roku TV and an X-Box with controllers and a selection of games.

The garage has been converted into a games room and features a pool table and Foosball. There is a utility room with a washer and dryer.

The pool deck is south-west facing and hosts a 30 x 15ft pool and has a Spa; this can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is a full length shaded lanai with ceiling fans and 2 sets of table and chairs to admire the conservation view.
