This 4 bedroom villa will sleep 10 people.

Watersong is a gated resort, approximately 25 minutes to Disney. Guests staying here have complimentary use of the amenities which include a clubhouse with a resort style pool, fitness centre, children’s play area, games room, internet cafe and a lounge.

The accommodation is on two levels; there is a formal lounge and dining area at the front of the home, the main lounge is at the rear of the home and has additional sofas and a TV. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen and a second dining area with a door to the pool and a downstairs cloakroom.

The garage has been converted into a games room and features a pool table, air-hockey and a Foosball table.

The pool faces west and has a Spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. It backs onto a conservation area therefore there are no rear neighbours and there is a shaded lanai with outside pool furniture.
