This stylish villa will sleep up to 14 guests with the use of a sofa bed and is located at Watersong.

Watersong is a gated resort, approximately 25 minutes to Disney. Guests staying here have complimentary use of the amenities which include a clubhouse with a resort style pool, fitness centre, children’s play area, games room, internet cafe and a lounge.

The villa is on 2 floors; the entrance opens to a formal lounge and dining area. This leads to a spacious open plan floor space with a lounge area & wall mounted TV and a modern fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and a door to the pool. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer which is next to the converted games room in the garage which is equipped with a pool table, air-hockey and a Foosball table. Also down stairs is a master bedroom.

Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms and the landin has a sofa bed and a TV.

The pool has a Spa; this can only be heated when pool heat is added, recommended Nov- Apr and is an extra charge. There are no rear neighbours and faces south-west
