This home will sleep 12 guests and is situated on the upscale gated resort of Windsor at Westside in Kissimmee.

Windsor at Westside Resort is one of the newest resort communities in the area and is just 10 – 15 minutes’ drive to Disney. Resort amenities include:

• 10,000 sq feet Clubhouse with State-of-the-Art Fitness Centre
• Resort-style large Pool, Kiddies splash area, Hot Tub, Lazy River and Tiki Bar;

The villa is on two levels and has a master bedroom downstairs with an en-suite bathroom that also has pool access.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, dining table and chairs and a living area with a door to the pool. 

The pool deck has a shaded lanai and faces south; there are no rear neighbours.

The remaining bedrooms are located upstairs which are situated off a second lounge area with a sofa and TV; one has an en-suite bathroom and there are 2 additional bathrooms shared with the other 4 bedrooms.

A games room can be found in the converted garage and features a pool table, dart board and a Foosball table.
