This 6 bedroom villa will sleep up to 14 guests and is located in the gated resort of Windsor at Westside, Kissimmee, where guests can also use the communal facilities featuring an extraordinary 10,000 sq.ft. clubhouse, lake & pier, zero entry resort-style pool complete with a water-slide, lazy river, and Kids’ water playground. The Tu Casa Tiki bar & fireplace lounge serves food for poolside dining. There is also a fitness centre, volleyball courts and sundry shop and video arcade. Disney is approximately 15 minutes away.

The villa is on two levels and has two living area, one on each floor, both of which have a TV. Also on the ground floor is a dining area, fully equipped kitchen & breakfast bar and a master bedroom. The remaining bedrooms are upstairs including one with an en-suite bathroom + 2 additional shower rooms.

The garage has been converted into a games room and features a pool table and Foosball.

The pool has a spa; this will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on. Pool heat is recommended from November – April and is an extra charge. There is a shaded lanai with sun loungers and a table and chairs
